That was sort of interesting. I knew that Canada had free healthcare, but I guess I didn't realize that even though it was free that many go to other countries and pay for the healthcare procedures. My question is why can't there be quality healthcare for everybody and at the same costs for all people? Why does the quality have to change? Shouldn't all doctors and the procedures that they perform be of high quality? Is that why healthcare costs are going up because of inadequate physicians who don't know what they are doing?
